Our History
In June 1972, Nathan A. Pera, III formed Environmental Testing
& Consulting (ETC) which is arguably the oldest full service, exclusively environmental laboratory, engineering and consulting firm in the southeast.
In 1990 Mr. Pera purchased E.F Williams & Associates Inc.,
also an environmental engineering and consulting firm and merged the two consulting/engineering departments into what is now known as ETCA, Inc. Today Nathan A. Pera, III, Chairman, remains active in the field of work he pioneered.
