Phase I, II, III ESAs

Phase I (1) ESA In depth historical and current environmental review of commercial properties designed to prove due diligence and provide exemption from liability for recognized environmental conditions in accordance with ASTM D-1527-05 and the new 40 CFR Part 12 All Appropriate Inquiry regulations.

Phase II (2) ESA Site specific investigations which may include sampling and testing of soil, ground water, air emissions and/or possible asbestos, lead and mold containing materials.

Phase III (3) ESA Remediation design and implementation for properties that have been negatively impacted by past usage.
